2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve a pristine Sa2.5 level, or manually treated to a reliable St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure your substrate temperature is a comfortable 3°C above the dew point, with a relative humidity not exceeding 85%, and wind forces kept at a gentle level 3 or below. Note that if the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a pause in construction. It is advisable to avoid outdoor activities during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, and care should be taken to prevent condensation during the cooler morning and evening hours.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, embrace the power of mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, which should then be harmoniously combined with component B.
2. Maintain a rhythmic stirring throughout the coating process to avert sedimentation, as this could disrupt the delicate balance of powder to liquid ratio, potentially compromising the integrity of the paint film's quality.
3. To achieve optimal results, a dry film thickness of ≥70μm is recommended, with the application of 1 to 2 coats as needed.
4. Post-mixing, it is generally recommended to utilize the two-component paint within a 5-hour window. Exceeding this timeframe may adversely affect the coating's performance.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, it must be securely sealed and consumed swiftly to avoid any detrimental reactions with atmospheric water vapor, thereby safeguarding against potential losses.
