2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be shot or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level, ensuring a pristine foundation for the coating.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure substrate temperature is 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%. Wind should be ≤ level 3. When substrate temperature dips below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent reactions cease, halting construction. Avoid applying on rainy, foggy, or windy days and during morning or evening moisture condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Initially, ensure thorough mechanical stirring of component A before blending evenly with component B.
2. Stir regularly during application to prevent sedimentation, which may disrupt the powder to liquid ratio, impacting the quality of the paint film.
3. Recommended dry film thickness is ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats for optimal results.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be consumed within 5 hours; exceeding this time may compromise coating quality.
5. Seal the curing agent container tightly after use, and utilize promptly to avoid losses caused by reactions with airborne water vapor.
