2.Surface treatment:
To ensure maximum protection, the steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or rust is meticulously removed manually to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
For optimal results, the substrate temperature should be 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent will halt reaction, requiring a pause in construction. Refrain from outdoor activities during rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, and avoid morning and evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, ensure component A is thoroughly mixed using mechanical stirring, then combine evenly with component B for consistent quality.
2. Continuously stir during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio, compromising the paint film's excellence.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, achieved with 1 to 2 coats.
4. Once mixed, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain optimal coating quality.
5. Securely cover the curing agent after use and deplete it promptly to prevent reaction with ambient water vapor, safeguarding against potential losses.
