2. Surface Treatment:
The steel surface is expertly prepared through shot blasting or sandblasting to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3. Construction Conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C higher than the dew point, with a relative humidity of less than 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, necessitating a halt in construction. Avoid outdoor work on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, and prevent condensation during morning and evening hours.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly blend component A using mechanical stirring, then mix it evenly with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation that disrupts the powder-to-liquid ratio, ensuring optimal paint film quality.
3. It is advisable for the dry film thickness to be ≥70μm, achieving this with 1 to 2 coats as needed.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating integrity.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it tightly and consume promptly to prevent degradation from airborne water vapor.
