2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve a pristine Sa2.5 level, or meticulously rust-removed to attain a St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is consistently 3°C above the dew point with a relative humidity of <85% and wind force ≤ level 3. If the temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, necessitating a halt in construction. Avoid outdoor construction on rainy, foggy, windy, sandy days, and during morning and evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, ensure component A is evenly mixed through mechanical stirring, then combine uniformly with component B.
2. Regularly stir during the application to maintain the powder to liquid ratio balance and prevent sedimentation, ensuring optimal paint film quality.
3. Recommended dry film thickness should be ≥70μm with 1 to 2 coats expertly applied.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain superior coating quality.
5. Tightly seal the curing agent post-use and consume promptly to avoid losses from reactions with ambient water vapor.
