1.Introduction:

It boasts robustadhesion, along with impressive oilandwaterresistance.

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface undergoes rigorous shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve Sa2.5 level, or manual rust removal to St3 level for optimal performance.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force no greater than level 3. If substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent halts; cease construction under such conditions. Avoid working in rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy weather, and during condensation periods in the morning and evening for outdoor tasks.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, mix component A thoroughly using mechanical stirring, then combine evenly with component B.
2. Stir periodically to maintain consistency, preventing sedimentation that could disrupt the powder to liquid ratio, affecting the final paint film's quality.
3. Recommended dry film thickness is ≥70μm, achieved with 1 to 2 coats.
4. Utilize the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to ensure optimal coating quality.
5. Ensure the curing agent is tightly sealed after opening and use promptly to prevent any adverse reactions with atmospheric moisture.
