1. Introduction:

2. Surface Treatment:
The steel surface must be impeccably prepared by either shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve a Sa2.5 level, or through manual rust removal to reach an St3 level, ensuring maximum coating effectiveness.

3. Construction Conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent will not react properly, halting construction. Avoid adverse conditions like rain, fog, strong winds, and temperature fluctuations during outdoor applications.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A with mechanical stirring, then blend uniformly with component B.
2. Continuous stirring during the coating process is crucial to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and impair the quality of the paint film.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal protection.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating integrity. Prolonged exposure may compromise quality.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it tightly to prevent any reactions with atmospheric moisture, which could lead to material loss.
