2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface must be meticulously prepared, either shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level, setting a pristine base for application.

3. Construction conditions:
Optimal application requires that the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the temperature is below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease reaction, halting construction. Avoid inclement weather conditions such as rain, fog, wind, and sand, as well as morning and evening condensation during outdoor applications.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, mechanically stir component A thoroughly, then blend it uniformly with component B.
2. To maintain the perfect consistency, regularly stir the mixture during the coating process. This prevents sedimentation, ensuring the powder-to-liquid ratio remains balanced and the paint film's quality is preserved.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal results.
4. Once mixed, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating excellence; exceeding this timeframe could compromise quality.
5. After using the curing agent, cover it tightly to prevent exposure to air moisture, preserving its efficacy and preventing unnecessary losses.
