2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sandblasted to an impressive Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to a commendable St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be a minimum of 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity less than 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Should the substrate temperature fall below 5°C, the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent ceases, necessitating a halt in construction. Avoid construction on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, as well as during condensation events in the morning or evening, especially for outdoor applications.

4. Notes:
1. Before application, mechanically stir component A thoroughly, then blend it evenly with component B to ensure optimal performance.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise the quality of the paint film.
3. It is advised that the dry film thickness should be no less than 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied to achieve the desired protection.
4. Post-mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours to preserve its quality. Extended exposure beyond this timeframe may detrimentally affect the coating's integrity.
5. Ensure that the curing agent is sealed tightly and used promptly to avoid any losses due to reactions with moisture in the air, which can affect its efficacy.
