1. Introduction:

2. Surface Treatment:
The steel must be shot or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually treated to St3 for optimal preparation.

3. Construction Conditions:
Ensure substrate temperature is over 3°C above dew point, RH <85%, wind ≤ level 3. Halt construction if temperature is below 5°C as epoxy and curing agents cease reaction. Avoid adverse weather and condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly stir component A mechanically, then mix evenly with component B.
2. Stir regularly during application to prevent sedimentation, which may disturb powder-to-liquid balance and degrade film quality.
3. Recommended dry film thickness should be ≥70μm, applied in 1 to 2 coats for best results.
4. Use mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality.
5. Seal used curing agent tightly and use promptly to avoid moisture-induced loss.
