2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, relative humidity should be kept below 85%, and wind force should not exceed level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, thus halting construction. Outdoor applications should avoid rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as condensation during mornings and evenings.

4.Notes:
1. Thorough mechanical stirring is required for component A prior to use, followed by even mixing with component B.
2. Ensure regular stirring throughout the application process to avoid sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise the paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal results.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to preserve the quality of the coating.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it tightly and use it promptly to avoid reaction with airborne moisture, which could result in material loss.
