2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sandblasted to a pristine Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to an impeccable St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is a minimum of 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity maintained below 85% and wind conditions not exceeding level 3. For optimal results, halt construction if the substrate temperature drops below 5°C as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Avoid construction during inclement weather such as rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions, and be cautious of morning and evening condensations when undertaking outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, employ mechanical stirring for thorough mixing of component A, followed by an even blend with component B.
2. To maintain consistency, it is crucial to regularly stir during the coating process. This prevents sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio, hence compromising the quality of the paint film.
3. For optimal protection, it is recommended that the dry film thickness meets or exceeds 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied for comprehensive coverage.
4. Post-mixing, the two-component paint should be utilized within a 5-hour window to preserve coating quality, as exceeding this timeframe might lead to degradation.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, ensure it is tightly sealed and used promptly to avert losses due to reactions with atmospheric moisture.
