2.Surface treatment:
Alternatively, the surface can be manually rust-removed to St3 level for optimal adherence.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind conditions not exceeding level 3. When temperatures drop below 5°C, the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent halts, requiring a pause in construction. Avoid outdoor applications during adverse weather conditions like rain, fog, strong winds, and sand storms, as well as during potential morning and evening condensations.

4.Notes:
1. Initiate by thoroughly mixing component A with a mechanical stirrer, followed by a complete blend with component B to achieve a uniform mixture.
2. Regular agitation during the coating process is essential to prevent settling, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise the paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal durability and finish.
4. After mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to maintain superior coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, ensure it is tightly sealed and utilized promptly to avert any deterioration from exposure to atmospheric moisture.
