The substrate temperature should exceed the dew point by 3°C, with humidity kept below 85% and wind strength not surpassing level 3. If the substrate temperature drops under 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, necessitating a halt in construction. Outdoor application should avoid rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions, as well as morning and evening condensation.

1. Prior to use, ensure thorough mechanical stirring of component A until evenly mixed, followed by a harmonious blend with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring during application to guard against sedimentation, which might disturb the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise the paint film's excellence.
3. The recommended dry film thickness is to be maintained at ≥70μm, achieved through the application of 1 to 2 coats for best results.
4. Upon mixing, utilize the two-component paint within a 5-hour window to avoid quality deterioration.
5. After the curing agent is opened, securely seal it and use it promptly to prevent interactions with moisture in the air, which could lead to unwanted reactions and loss.
