2. Surface treatment:
The pristine steel surface should be shot or sand blasted to a smooth Sa2.5 level, or manually cleared of rust to a pristine St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction should cease if the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent will not react. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy days, as well as condensation during mornings and evenings for optimal outdoor construction.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, employ mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, then combine it uniformly with component B.
2. Consistently stir during the application process to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder to liquid ratio, compromising the film's quality.
3. It is advised that the dry film thickness reaches at least 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied for optimal results.
4. Post-mixing, it is recommended to use the two-component paint within a 5-hour window to ensure maximum coating quality.
5. After using the curing agent, ensure it's tightly sealed and used promptly to prevent degradation from moisture reactions.
