2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared by shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve Sa2.5 level, or manually cleaned to reach St3 level, ensuring optimal adherence and performance.

3.Construction conditions:
For successful application, ensure substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind conditions not exceeding level 3. Halt application if substrate temperature falls below 5°C as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Refrain from outdoor painting during inclement weather including rainy, foggy, windy conditions, and avoid morning or evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Begin by thoroughly mixing component A using mechanical stirring, followed by an even blend with component B for best results.
2. Maintain consistent stirring throughout application to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder to liquid ratio and compromise paint film quality.
3. It is advised to achieve a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coatings for superior performance.
4. Utilize the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to ensure quality; using it beyond this window may deteriorate the coating's effectiveness.
5. After deploying the curing agent, immediately secure it tightly to avert exposure to atmospheric moisture, which can cause undesirable reactions and result in product loss.
