2.Surface treatment:
Ensure the steel surface is meticulously shot or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to achieve St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must maintain at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity kept below 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the temperature falls below 5°C, the reaction of the epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a pause in construction. Outdoor projects should be avoided during rainy, foggy, windy, sandy days, or during morning and evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, ensuring even blending with component B.
2. Stir regularly during the coating process to avert sedimentation which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. The recommended dry film thickness is ≥70μm, achievable through 1 to 2 coats.
4. Post-mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours. Exceeding this timeframe might degrade the coating quality.
5. Ensure the curing agent is sealed tightly once used up and utilized promptly to avoid losses from reactions with air moisture.
