2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface can be expertly prepared by shot blasting or sandblasting to achieve a Sa2.5 level, or manually treated to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
For optimal application, ensure the substrate temperature remains 3°C above the dew point, with humidity below 85%, and wind force at or below level 3. Note: If substrate temperature falls below 5°C, epoxy resin and curing agents cease to react, halting construction. Avoid inclement weather conditions such as rain, fog, wind, sand, and morning/evening dew for outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, ensure uniform mixing of component A using mechanical stirring, followed by a thorough mix with component B.
2. Regular stirring during application is critical to prevent sedimentation, maintaining the integrity of the powder-liquid ratio, and ensuring paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, recommending 1-2 coats for best performance.
4. Post-mixing, the two-component mixture should be utilized within 5 hours to avoid diminished coating quality from prolonged exposure.
5. After depletion of the curing agent, securely reseal and promptly use any remaining material to prevent loss from atmospheric moisture reactions.
