2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
To ensure optimal results, the substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point with a relative humidity below 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the reactive process of the epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a pause in construction activities. Outdoor applications should be avoided during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions, as well as during times of condensation in the early morning or late evening.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, component A should be thoroughly mixed using mechanical stirring, followed by an even mixing with component B to ensure consistency.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the application process to prevent sedimentation, which can disturb the powder-to-liquid balance, potentially compromising the paint film's quality.
3. A dry film thickness of at least 70μm is recommended, with the application of 1 to 2 coats ensuring optimal coverage and protection.
4. The mixed two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to preserve its quality. Exceeding this timeframe may negatively affect the coating's performance.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, it should be securely covered and utilized promptly to avoid losses caused by reactions with ambient water vapor.
