2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared, achieving a flawless Sa2.5 level through shot blasting or sand blasting, or a pristine St3 level via manual rust removal.

3.Construction conditions:
For optimal application, ensure that the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by at least 3°C. Maintain relative humidity below 85% and wind force at or below level 3. Do not proceed with construction if the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, as this inhibits the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent. Avoid construction during inclement weather conditions such as rain, fog, or strong winds, and prevent any condensation during morning or evening for exterior projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, vigorously blend component A using mechanical stirring to ensure uniformity before combining with component B.
2. Consistently stir the mixture during application to avoid sedimentation, which may disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio, compromising the integrity of the paint film.
3. For best results, aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, typically achieved with 1 to 2 coats.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the entire batch of the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain superior coating quality.
5. After using the curing agent, secure it promptly to avoid exposure to air, which could result in reaction with water vapor and potential product loss.
