2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface undergoes meticulous shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve Sa2.5 level, or is carefully rust-removed manually to reach St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature dips below 5°C, the curing reaction halts, necessitating a stop in construction. Avoid conducting work in rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy weather, and steer clear of morning and evening condensation for outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to usage, employ mechanical stirring to thoroughly blend component A, then mix it uniformly with component B.
2. Continuously stir during the coating application to avert sedimentation, which could upset the powder-to-liquid balance and undermine the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats recommended for optimal coverage.
4. Utilize the mixed two-component paint within a 5-hour window to maintain the highest coating quality. Delays could compromise results.
5. Once the curing agent is consumed, secure the container tightly and use it promptly to prevent adverse reactions with atmospheric moisture.
