2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, ensuring optimal preparation, or manually rust-removed to St3 level for surfaces requiring specialized attention.

3.Construction conditions:
Achieve ideal results by ensuring the substrate temperature remains 3°C above the dew point, with a relative humidity of less than 85%, and wind force no greater than level 3. Note, if the substrate temperature is below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent will not react, halting construction. Construction should not proceed on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, nor during morning and evening condensation for outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly use mechanical stirring to homogenize component A, then combine evenly with component B to ensure perfect integration.
2. Maintain quality by regularly stirring during the application process. This prevents sedimentation and ensures a balanced powder to liquid ratio, thus maintaining the impeccable quality of the paint film.
3. For optimal performance, it is advised that the dry film thickness should be greater than or equal to 70μm, achieved through one to two coats.
4. Utilize the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours for best results. Extending this period could compromise the coating's integrity.
5. Once the curing agent has been opened, ensure it is sealed tightly and used promptly to prevent any deterioration from reactions with atmospheric moisture.
