2. Surface treatment:
For optimal results, the steel surface should undergo shot blasting or sandblasting to Sa2.5 level, or manually have rust removed to St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, and maintain a relative humidity of <85%, with wind force not exceeding level 3. When the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, halt construction as the epoxy resin and curing agent will not react. Avoid working on rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy days, as well as during morning and evening condensation periods.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, mechanically stir component A thoroughly, then mix evenly with component B.
2. Stir periodically throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and impair the quality of the paint film.
3. A dry film thickness of ≥70μm is recommended, with the completion of 1 to 2 coats.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent has been opened, seal it tightly and use promptly to avoid losses from reactions with atmospheric moisture.
