2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, with relative humidity under 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. When the substrate temperature dips below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent stop reacting, halting construction. Avoid commencing work on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, and steer clear of condensation during morning and evening for outdoor construction.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, ensure component A is thoroughly mixed using mechanical stirring, then integrate evenly with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which could unbalance the powder-to-liquid ratio and impact the paint film's quality.
3. A dry film thickness of ≥70μm is recommended, with completion of 1 to 2 coats.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to ensure quality; exceeding this timeframe may deteriorate coating performance.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, seal tightly and utilize promptly to avoid losses from reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
