2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve an Sa2.5 level of cleanliness, or alternatively, manually cleaned to an impeccable St3 standard.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure that the substrate temperature is consistently 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3; construction should halt if substrate temperature falls below 5°C as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease interaction. Avoid outdoor applications during adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, wind, sand, and during morning or evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to usage, thoroughly blend component A with a mechanical stirrer to achieve an even consistency before incorporating component B.
2. Maintain continuous stirring during the application process to prevent sedimentation, ensuring a balanced powder-to-liquid ratio, which is crucial for the integrity and quality of the paint film.
3. It is advisable to maintain a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimum effectiveness.
4. Utilize the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to prevent any deterioration in the coating quality.
5. Ensure the curing agent container is tightly sealed after use and consumed promptly to mitigate the risk of reaction with atmospheric moisture, which can lead to potential losses.
