Product Description:

This paint is a two-component anticorrosive coating formulated with a high-grade fluorocarbon resin as the base material, incorporating premium metallic glitter aluminum paste, pigments and fillers, additives, solvents, and other components. The resulting paint film demonstrates resistance to corrosion, humidity and heat, salt spray, water, and staining, along with resistance to ultraviolet aging and superior physical and mechanical properties. It achieves a highly realistic metallic decorative finish.

Application Fields:
This paint is suitable for surface coating on various steel structures, including household electromechanical equipment, vehicles, medical instruments, and large stadiums, as well as for achieving a metallic or aluminum composite panel-like decorative finish on commercial buildings, concrete structures, and other surfaces requiring such aesthetic effects.

Surface treatment:

If the previous coating layer has been contaminated, appropriate methods should be selected to remove grease and dust. Alternatively, the diluent of this paint can also be used for wiping clean.

Compatible Coatings

Primer coat: Epoxy zinc-rich primer, inorganic zinc-rich primer, epoxy micaceous iron oxide anti-rust paint, etc.
Finish coat: Fluorocarbon clear varnish.

Construction conditions:
Substrate temperature must exceed the dew point by at least 3°C, with relative humidity <85% and wind speed ≤ Level 3. Outdoor applications shall avoid rainy, foggy, or dusty conditions, as well as morning/evening dew formation. Under normal circumstances, the coated surface should not be exposed to rain within 16 hours after application.

Notes:

1. If the previous coat has been applied for an extended period, the surface should be roughened with waterproof abrasive paper before applying the current coat to ensure intercoat adhesion.

2. During construction, the paint should be prepared according to the required amount, and the mixed paint must be used up within 5 hours to prevent gelation and waste due to prolonged storage.
3. The tools used for construction should be kept dry and clean, and no impurities such as moisture or grease should be mixed into the coating.

Storage:

1. The product must be stored in tightly sealed containers in a well-ventilated, dry area away from direct sunlight. The recommended storage temperature range is 0-35°C.
2. The product shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Beyond this period, the product may be retested according to specifications. If compliant, it may continue to be used.

Safety:

1. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Avoid inhalation of mists or vapors. Prevent contact with skin and eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention.
2. When applying in confined or poorly ventilated spaces, mandatory forced ventilation and full protective equipment (respirator, gloves, goggles) must be used.
