Construction Guidance:

1. Construction tools: stainless steel batch knife, special spray gun.

2. Dilution method: Dilute according to the instructions for use of the product.

3. Tool cleaning: Wash with water immediately after construction.

4. Construction conditions: the temperature of the wall is between 5-40°C, the moisture content is ≤10%, and the air humidity is ≤85%.

Construction Instructions

1. Substrate Treatment
Before treating the substrate, ensure the wall has been cured for a certain period. Use coarse putty (plastering mortar) to treat the substrate. Before troweling, remove loose, peeling, hollow, powdery substrates, as well as dirt, oil, and other contaminants.

2. Construction Specifications
2.1 Before spraying the stone paint, it is mandatory to apply an alkali-resistant sealing primer to enhance the alkali resistance of the substrate and improve the bonding force between the substrate and the surface layer. Stir the stone paint thoroughly before construction. During spraying, ensure consistent product viscosity, uniform air pressure, the same size of the spray gun nozzle, and consistent spraying distance.
2.2 Stone paint construction is challenging. If not controlled properly, the coating is prone to local mottling. Therefore, during construction, pay attention that the spray gun should not start or stop on the wall surface being worked on; the movement speed of the spray gun should be uniform; the edge of each spraying range should overlap 1/3 of the previously sprayed range, and the overlap width should be consistent to maintain uniform coating thickness.
2.3 After the main coating construction is completed and completely dry, proceed with the application of the finishing varnish.

3. Precautions
3.1 Read the construction instructions carefully before construction.
3.2 Construction is prohibited when the temperature is below 5ºC, wind force is above grade 4, or in rainy/snowy weather; do not construct when the wall temperature exceeds 50ºC.
3.3 Store in a cool, clean, and dry place at 0-35ºC. Use the product as soon as possible after opening.
