Construction Guidance:

1. Construction tools: Stainless steel batch knife, special spray gun.

2. Tool cleaning: Wash with water immediately after construction.

3. Construction conditions: the temperature of the wall is between 5-40°C, the moisture content is ≤10%, and the air humidity is ≤85%.

Construction Instructions

1. Substrate Treatment
Before treating the substrate, ensure the wall has been cured for a certain period. Use coarse putty (plastering mortar) to treat the substrate. Before troweling, remove loose, peeling, hollow, powdery substrates, as well as dirt, oil, and other contaminants.

2. Construction Specifications
2.1 Before applying texture coating, an alkali-resistant sealing primer must be applied to the base layer to enhance alkali resistance and increase the adhesion between the base layer and the topcoat. The coating should be stirred evenly before construction, and a suitable intermediate coat should be selected according to the color of the topcoat.
2.2 Scraping construction: Apply the texture coating to the wall with a scraper, and scrape according to the required decorative effect.
2.3 Spraying construction: It is required that the viscosity of the product is consistent, the air pressure and the size of the spray gun nozzle are consistent, and the spraying distance is consistent.
2.4 After the texture coating construction process is completed and completely dry, apply the finishing varnish.

3. Precautions
3.1 Read the construction instructions carefully before construction.
3.2 Construction is prohibited when the temperature is below 5ºC, wind force is above grade 4, or in rainy/snowy weather; do not construct when the wall temperature exceeds 50ºC.
3.3 Store in a cool, clean, and dry place at 0-35ºC. Use the product as soon as possible after opening.(Note: The product performance, construction parameters, etc., are obtained under experimental conditions.
