This product is a water-based, environmentally friendly fire-retardant coating, suitable for fire protection of indoor decorative wood and wooden building components. It demonstrates excellent flame-retardant properties under ordinary flames. In the event of high-temperature intense fires, it will rapidly expand to provide thermal insulation and flame retardancy, thereby effectively preventing the spread of fire.

Construction Technology

1. The construction substrate must be clean, tidy, and free from contamination.
2. Decorative fire-retardant coatings are generally applied using brush or roller coating techniques. The coating must be thoroughly stirred before use.
3. To ensure sufficient fire resistance rating, two coats should be applied, with the application rate controlled at above 0.5kg/m².
4. This product is a water-based coating, and the recommended construction temperature is above 5ºC.
5. Unused coating should be sealed and stored for future use.
