Product description
Outdoor Intumescent Thin Water-based Fire-resistive Good Decorative Effect Coating for Steel Structures
This product is a water-based coating that utilizes acrylic emulsion as the base material and the N-P intumescent flame-retardant system as the main ingredient. Employing German technology and fully enclosed automated production, it features long fire resistance rating, high bonding strength, excellent decorative effect, and convenient construction. Additionally, it boasts outstanding weather resistance, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, heat exposure resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance, and UV radiation resistance.

Construction Technology
1. The steel structure substrate must be decontaminated and rust - proofed, and generally at least two coats of high - quality anti - rust primer should be applied.
2. After the primer is completely dry, the dust and dirt on the surface of the anti - rust paint must be removed before applying the steel structure fire - retardant coating.
3. The product should be fully stirred evenly before use. The construction is generally done by brushing, rolling or spraying. If the viscosity is too high, a diluent can be used for dilution, and the amount should be controlled within 10% of the coating amount.
4. The construction should be carried out in accordance with the principles of top - to - bottom, left - to - right, inside - first - then - outside, difficult - first - then - easy, and criss - crossing.
5. Determine the coating thickness and the number of coating layers according to the fire protection grade standards proposed by the design and fire department.
6. To ensure adhesion, the thickness of the first coating during construction must be ≤ 0.4mm.
7. The construction temperature of this product should be controlled between 5ºC and 38ºC, and the humidity should not exceed 85%. Construction is not suitable in case of rain, snow, fog, strong wind or condensation on the steel surface.
8. It is not recommended to color the fire - retardant coating.
9. The interval between the previous and next coating should be more than 24 hours.
10. The specific construction dosage and coating thickness at each stage should refer to the latest test report of the product.
Notes
1. If airless spraying is adopted, a special sprayer must be used. Avoid excessive dilution of the coating, as this will affect the adhesion of the product. Construction is not suitable when the wind force exceeds level 5.
2.
3. Store in an environment of 0-38ºC, keep away from fire sources and heat sources, and prevent exposure to sunlight.
4. The storage period is 12 months.
