Construction Technology
1. Ensure the steel structure surface is meticulously cleaned and protected against rust with at least two coats of premium anti-rust primer.
2. Once the primer dries thoroughly, cleanse the anti-rust paint surface to perfection before applying the fire-retardant coating.
3. Stir the product thoroughly for consistent application. Utilize brushing, rolling, or spraying methods. If adjustment is needed, carefully dilute with up to 10% diluent.
4. Follow a strategic application sequence: top-to-bottom, left-to-right, inside-first, then outside, tackling complex areas before simpler ones, while crossing patterns for optimal results.
5. Align the coating's thickness and layers with fire protection standards as outlined by design and fire authorities.
6. To achieve steadfast adhesion, commence with a first coating of ≤ 0.4mm, ensuring complete drying before layering further until desired thickness is attained.
7. Maintain construction temperatures between 5ºC and 38ºC, with humidity under 85%. Refrain from application during adverse weather such as rain, snow, fog, strong winds, or when condensation is present.
8. Avoid adding color to the main fire-retardant coating.
9. Ensure a minimum 24-hour interval between successive coating applications.
10. Refer to the latest product test report for precise construction dosage and coating thickness guidelines at each application stage.
Notes
1. Employ a specialized sprayer for airless spraying. Dilute cautiously to preserve adhesion integrity. Avoid construction in winds exceeding level 5 to ensure optimal application.
2. Ensure utmost precision and control over the product dosage during construction to guarantee that the coating thickness impeccably aligns with the required standards.
3. Store within a controlled temperature environment of 0-38ºC, away from fire and heat sources, and protect from direct sunlight exposure to maintain product integrity.
4. This product boasts a commendable storage period of 12 months, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
