Construction Technology

1. To begin, ensure the steel structure substrate is impeccably decontaminated and rust-proofed, applying at least two layers of premium anti-rust primer.

2. Once the primer is thoroughly dried, proceed by meticulously cleaning dust and dirt from the anti-rust paint surface before applying the fire-retardant coating designed for steel structures.

3. Prior to application, ensure the product is thoroughly and uniformly stirred. Utilize a variety of methods such as brushing, rolling, or spraying. If necessary, dilute with a diluent, ensuring it remains within 10% of the total coating volume.

4. Follow strategic construction patterns: top-to-bottom, left-to-right, inside-before-outside, tackling complex areas first, and utilizing crisscrossing techniques.

5. Determine the precise coating thickness and layer count in alignment with the fire protection grade criteria stipulated by design and fire safety authorities.

6. For optimal adhesion, the initial coating during application must not exceed a thickness of 0.4mm. Allow each layer to dry completely before proceeding to the next, ensuring the cumulative thickness aligns with design specifications.

7. Maintain construction conditions within a temperature range of 5ºC to 38ºC, with humidity levels not surpassing 85%. Avoid construction during adverse weather such as rain, snow, fog, strong winds, or condensation on the steel.

8. Once the fire-retardant coating achieves the required thickness and is fully dry, apply 1-2 layers of a fire-retardant topcoat (colorable for added decoration). It is advised against coloring the fire-retardant coating itself.

9. Ensure a minimum 24-hour interval between successive coating applications.

10. Refer to the latest comprehensive product test reports for specific construction dosage and coating thickness at each stage.

Notes

1. When opting for airless spraying, utilize a specialized sprayer. Refrain from excessive coating dilution, as it may compromise adhesion. Avoid construction in wind conditions exceeding level 5.

2. Exercise meticulous control over the product dosage during application to ensure the coating quality and thickness impeccably align with the established standards, delivering top-tier protection.

3. Store within an optimal environment of 0-38ºC, maintaining a safe distance from any fire hazards and heat sources, while shielding from direct sunlight exposure.

4. Enjoy peace of mind with a storage period that extends up to 12 months, ensuring product efficacy and reliability over time.
