Construction Technology

1. Prepare the steel structure substrate meticulously by removing contaminants and applying rust prevention measures. It's crucial to apply at least two coats of superior anti-rust primer.

2. Ensure the primer fully dries before eliminating any surface dust and debris prior to applying the fire-retardant coating to the steel structure.

3. Prior to application, thoroughly stir the product to ensure uniformity. Typically applied via brushing, rolling, or spraying, adjust viscosity with a diluent if needed, maintaining a maximum of 10% of the total coating volume.

4. Follow a systematic approach during application: top-to-bottom, left-to-right, inside-first-then-outside, difficult-first-then-easy, and criss-crossing techniques.

5. Adjust the coating thickness and layer count according to the specific fire protection grade standards mandated by design specifications and fire safety regulations.

6. For optimal adhesion, ensure the first coating's thickness is ≤ 0.4mm. Subsequent coatings should only be applied once the previous layer has completely dried, adhering to design specifications for total thickness.

7. Maintain construction temperatures between 5ºC and 38ºC, with humidity levels not exceeding 85%. Avoid construction during adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, fog, strong winds, or surface condensation.

8. Post achieving the required fire-retardant coating thickness and ensuring it's fully dry, apply 1-2 coats of color-customizable fire-retardant topcoat for enhanced protection and aesthetic appeal. Avoid coloring the primary fire-retardant coat.

9. Maintain a minimum 24-hour interval between successive coating applications.

10. Refer to the latest product test report for precise construction dosage and coating thickness specifications at each stage.

Notes

1. When opting for airless spraying, ensure the use of a specialized sprayer. Avoid over-dilution to prevent compromising product adhesion. Refrain from construction activities when wind speeds exceed level 5.

2.

3. Preserve the product in an environment with a temperature range of 0-38ºC. Ensure it's stored away from flames and heat sources, and shield it from direct sunlight to maintain its quality.

4. The product guarantees a storage longevity of 12 months, assuring you of its reliability during this period.
