Construction Technology

1. Prior to application, ensure the steel substrate is thoroughly cleaned and rust-proofed. Apply a minimum of two coats of premium anti-rust primer to prepare the surface.

2. Ensure the primer is completely dry before meticulously clearing away any surface dust and dirt, setting the stage for the application of the fire-retardant coating.

3. Before use, stir the product thoroughly to ensure a uniform mix. Application methods include brushing, rolling, or spraying. Control the use of any diluent to not exceed 10% of the coating volume if necessary to adjust viscosity.

4. Employ a strategic construction approach: top-to-bottom, left-to-right, and from inside to outside, tackling difficult areas before easier ones, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient coating process.

5.

6. For optimal adhesion, maintain the initial coating thickness at or below 0.4mm. Subsequent coatings should only be applied once the previous layer is thoroughly dry, culminating in the desired thickness as per design specifications.

7. Optimal application conditions are crucial; maintain temperatures between 5ºC and 38ºC, and ensure humidity levels do not exceed 85%. Avoid construction during adverse weather like rain, snow, fog, or when there is condensation on the steel surface.

8. Once the fire-retardant coating achieves the required thickness and is fully dry, apply 1-2 coats of a specialized fire-retardant topcoat for enhanced protection and decorative appeal. Note that coloring the base fire-retardant coat is not advised.

9. Allow more than 24 hours between consecutive coatings to ensure optimal results.

10. Refer to the product's latest test report for specifics on application dosage and coating thickness at each stage to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Notes

1. When using airless spraying, employ a dedicated sprayer. Avoid excessive dilution of the coating to maintain its adhesion. Construction is not advisable when wind conditions exceed level 5.

2. Ensure absolute precision and rigor in controlling product dosage during construction, as this guarantees the coating thickness adheres to the required standards for optimal protection.

3. Preserve the product in a controlled environment between 0-38ºC. Keep it far from fire and heat sources, and protect it from direct sunlight to maintain its integrity and effectiveness.

4. Store with confidence for up to 12 months, assured of its efficacy and reliability within this period.
