Construction Technology

1. Begin by thoroughly decontaminating and rust-proofing the steel structure substrate. Apply at least two coats of premium anti-rust primer to ensure a strong foundation.

2. Once the primer is completely dry, cleanse the surface of any dust or debris to prepare for the application of the steel structure fire-retardant coating.

3. Prior to use, ensure that the product is fully stirred to an even consistency. Apply using brushing, rolling, or spraying methods. If necessary, use a diluent to adjust viscosity, keeping the additive within 10% of the total coating volume.

4. Follow a meticulous application sequence: top-to-bottom, left-to-right, inside-first-then-outside, difficult-first-then-easy, ensuring a comprehensive and criss-cross application.

5.

6. For optimal adhesion, the initial coating should be no more than 0.4mm thick. Allow each layer to dry completely before applying the next, ensuring the total thickness complies with design specifications.

7. Maintain construction temperatures between 5ºC and 38ºC, with humidity not exceeding 85%. Avoid application during adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, fog, strong winds, or when condensation is present on the steel surface.

8. Once the fire-retardant coating achieves the desired thickness and fully dries, apply 1-2 layers of a fire-retardant specific topcoat (coloration optional) for added protection and aesthetic appeal. Avoid coloring the fire-retardant layer itself.

9. Ensure a minimum interval of 24 hours between successive coating applications.

10. Reference the latest product test report for precise construction dosage and coating thickness at each application stage.

Notes

1. If employing airless spraying techniques, utilize a specialized sprayer. Refrain from excessive dilution, as it may compromise adhesion. Avoid construction when wind speeds exceed level 5.

2. Exercise rigorous control over the product dosage during the construction phase, ensuring the coating thickness perfectly aligns with specified requirements, delivering optimal protection.

3. Store in a meticulously controlled environment between 0-38ºC. Keep away from fire hazards and heat sources, while safeguarding from direct sunlight exposure.

4. Enjoy a reliable storage period of 12 months, maintaining product efficacy and readiness.
