Construction Technology
1. It is imperative that the steel structure's surface undergoes thorough decontamination and rust prevention, generally requiring a minimum of two layers of premium anti-rust primer.
2. Once the primer is thoroughly dried, ensure the anti-rust paint's surface is free from dust and dirt before the application of the fire-retardant coating for steel structures.
3. Prior to application, ensure the product is thoroughly and uniformly mixed. Application can be conducted via brushing, rolling, or spraying. Should viscosity be too high, a diluent may be added, but ensure it remains within 10% of the coating's volume.
4. Adhere to the structured method of coating from top to bottom, left to right, inside before outside, tackling challenging areas before simpler ones, and employing a crisscross pattern.
5. Align the coating thickness and number of layers with the fire protection grade standards set by design specifications and fire department guidelines.
6. To guarantee optimal adhesion, ensure the initial coating's thickness is no more than 0.4mm. Only when the previous layer is fully dry can additional layers be added to meet design specifications.
7. Maintain the application within a temperature range of 5ºC to 38ºC with humidity not exceeding 85%. It is inadvisable to proceed with application under conditions of rain, snow, fog, strong winds, or surface condensation.
8. Once the fire-retardant coating achieves the requisite thickness and is fully dry, apply 1-2 coats of a specialized fire-retardant topcoat (which can feature color) for added protection and aesthetic appeal. It's recommended to avoid coloring the base fire-retardant coating.
9. Ensure a minimum interval of 24 hours between successive coating applications.
10. Refer to the product's latest test report for specific construction dosage and coating thickness at each application phase.

1. If employing airless spraying, utilize a specialized sprayer. Avoid over-diluting the coating as it may compromise the product's adhesion. Refrain from constructing when wind speeds exceed level 5.
2. Meticulously manage the application of our product to ensure that the coating thickness aligns perfectly with the specified requirements, guaranteeing optimal protection.
3. Store this remarkable product within a temperature range of 0-38ºC. Ensure it is kept away from any fire or heat sources and protected from direct sunlight to maintain its premium quality.
