Advanced Construction Technology Instructions

1. The steel structure's surface must be thoroughly cleaned and rust-proofed, with a minimum of two layers of high-grade anti-rust primer applied for optimal protection.

2. Once the primer has completely cured, the surface must be meticulously freed from dust and contaminants before applying the fire-retardant coating designed for steel structures.

3. Prior to application, ensure the product is completely agitated for uniform consistency. Application methods include brushing, rolling, or spraying. Should the viscosity be excessive, use a diluent sparingly-keeping it within 10% of the total coating volume.

4. Follow strategic application principles: top-to-bottom, left-to-right, inside-first-then-outside, complex components first-then-simple, with a cross-pattern approach.

5. The thickness and number of coating layers should be determined based on the design and fire department's fire protection grade standards.

6. For assured adhesion, the initial coating thickness should be ≤ 0.4mm. Subsequent layers should only be applied once the preceding layer is fully dry until the total thickness aligns with design specifications.

7. Maintain construction temperatures between 5ºC and 38ºC, with humidity levels not exceeding 85%. Avoid application during rain, snow, fog, strong winds, or when condensation is present on steel surfaces.

8. Once the fire-retardant coating achieves the necessary thickness and is fully dry, apply 1-2 layers of specialized fire-retardant topcoat (color optional) for additional protection and aesthetics. Refrain from coloring the fire-retardant layer directly.

9. Ensure an interval exceeding 24 hours between successive coating applications.

10. For precise construction dosage and coating thickness at each stage, consult the product's latest test report.

Important Notes

1. When using airless spraying, employ a specialized sprayer. Avoid over-diluting the coating as it may impair adhesion. Ensure construction is paused if wind speeds surpass level 5.

2. Ensure meticulous control over product dosage during application, guaranteeing that the coating achieves the required thickness and performs flawlessly.

3. Store in a controlled environment ranging from 0-38ºC, maintaining a safe distance from fire and heat sources, while safeguarding against direct sunlight exposure.

4. The product boasts a reliable storage period of 12 months, ensuring sustained quality and performance.
