Sophisticated Construction Technology

1. Properly prepare the steel substrate by removing contaminants and applying a minimum of two coats of premium anti-rust primer to ensure foundational protection.

2. After the primer has thoroughly dried, clean the surface of dust and debris before applying the fire-retardant coating designed for steel structures.

3. Mix the product thoroughly before use, employing techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying. If necessary, use a diluent to adjust viscosity, ensuring it remains within 10% of the total coating volume.

4. Follow a meticulous application approach: top-to-bottom, left-to-right, inside-before-outside, and tackle the difficult areas before the easier ones, in a crisscross pattern.

5. Tailor the coating thickness and number of layers to align with fire protection standards set by design and fire authorities.

6. Ensure optimal adhesion by keeping the first coating's thickness ≤ 0.4mm; apply subsequent layers only after the prior one has dried completely, continuing until the desired thickness is achieved.

7. Maintain a construction environment with temperatures between 5ºC and 38ºC, and humidity below 85%. Avoid construction during adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, fog, high winds, or when condensation is present on the steel.

8. Once the fire-retardant coating reaches the requisite thickness and dries fully, apply 1-2 coats of a specialized fire-retardant topcoat (which can be colored) for additional protection and aesthetic enhancement, while avoiding coloration of the main coating.

9. Allow an interval of over 24 hours between successive coatings to ensure optimal results.

10. Refer to the most recent product test report for precise construction dosage and coating thickness at each application stage.

Important Notes

1. For airless spraying, use a designated sprayer, and avoid excessive dilution of the coating to prevent compromising adhesion. Refrain from construction if wind speeds exceed level 5.

2. Rigorously manage product application during construction to guarantee the coating thickness aligns perfectly with the stipulated requirements, ensuring unmatched protection and durability.

3. Preserve the product in a controlled environment with temperatures ranging from 0-38ºC. It is crucial to maintain a safe distance from fire sources and heat while shielding from direct sunlight to preserve the product's quality.

4. This product boasts a commendable storage period of 12 months, assuring reliability and effectiveness throughout its lifespan.
