Construction Technology

1. Prepare the steel substrate meticulously by removing contaminants and applying at least two layers of premium anti-rust primer for enduring protection.

2. Ensure the primer is thoroughly dried, and remove any surface dirt before applying the fire-retardant coating.

3. Stir the coating fully before application. Use brushing, rolling, or spraying methods. If needed, dilute cautiously within 10% to maintain optimal viscosity.

4. Follow a strategic order in application: top to bottom, left to right, inside to outside, starting with complex areas.

5. Tailor the coating's thickness and layers according to fire protection standards set by design and regulatory bodies.

6. For maximum adhesion, start with a first layer no thicker than 0.4mm. Subsequent layers should only be applied once each is fully dry, continuing until the desired thickness is achieved.

7. Optimal application temperature is between 5ºC and 38ºC with humidity below 85%. Avoid applying in adverse weather conditions like rain or strong winds.

8. Avoid coloring the main fire-retardant layer.

9. Maintain a 24-hour interval between consecutive layers for best results.

10. Always refer to the latest product test report for guidance on the required dosage and thickness at each stage.

Notes

1. For airless spraying, ensure you use the appropriate sprayer. Avoid over-dilution to maintain adhesion quality. Refrain from applying when winds exceed level 5.

2. Exercise meticulous control over the product dosage during application to ensure that the coating achieves the exact thickness required for optimal performance.

3. Safeguard the product by storing it in an environment maintained between 0-38ºC. Ensure it is kept away from any sources of fire and heat, and shield it from direct sunlight to preserve its quality.

4. Benefit from a generous storage period of 12 months, allowing flexibility in inventory management.
