Construction Technology

1. Proper decontamination and rust-proofing of the steel substrates are essential, typically requiring a minimum of two coats of high-quality anti-rust primer.

2. Ensure the primer is thoroughly dry, then carefully remove any dust and dirt before applying the steel structure fire-retardant coating.

3. Prior to application, the product must be thoroughly stirred for uniformity. Application can be achieved through brushing, rolling, or spraying. If necessary, viscosity can be adjusted using a diluent, with usage kept below 10% of the total coating amount.

4. Adhere to top-down, left-right, inside-outside, difficult-easy, and criss-crossing guidelines during application.

5. Coating thickness and layers should align with the fire protection grade standards outlined by design and fire authorities.

6. To secure optimal adhesion, the first coating must not exceed 0.4mm in thickness. Subsequent coatings should only be applied once the prior layer is fully dry, until total thickness conforms to design specifications.

7. Maintain construction temperatures between 5ºC and 38ºC, with humidity not exceeding 85%. Avoid construction during rain, snow, fog, strong winds, or when condensation is present on the steel surface.

8. However, coloring the fire-retardant coating itself is not recommended.

9. Allow a minimum interval of 24 hours between successive coatings.

10. Refer to the latest product test report for precise construction dosage and coating thickness at each stage.

Notes

1. For airless spraying, a specialized sprayer is mandatory. Avoid over-diluting the coating, as this compromises adhesion. Construction is inadvisable if wind speeds exceed level 5.

2. Exercise meticulous precision in monitoring and controlling the product dosage during construction. This ensures that the coating thickness aligns perfectly with the specified requirements, safeguarding the integrity and effectiveness of your project.

3. Preserve in an optimal environment maintained between 0-38ºC, judiciously keeping it away from any potential fire or heat sources. Avoid direct sunlight exposure to retain the product's pristine quality.

4. The designated storage period extends up to 12 months, ensuring longevity and reliability when stored under recommended conditions.
