The "Odorless Ultra-white 3+1" interior wall latex paint from Singal features super-strong covering performance, fully complying with the requirements of GB/T 9756-2018 "Synthetic Resin Emulsion Interior Wall Coatings" and HJ 2537-2014 "Technical Requirements for Environmental Labeling Products - Waterborne Coatings. Meanwhile", it adopts the "Singal Odor-Free" technology, which can significantly reduce the residual odor in the product, achieving true odorlessness.

1.Substrate Treatment:
The coated substrate must be firm, flat, clean, oil-free, and free of loose materials.
The moisture content of the substrate shall not exceed 10%.
The pH value of the substrate shall be 7-9.
For new buildings, the specified curing period must be reached (30 days in summer and 45 days in winter).

2. Putty Scraping:
Interior wall putty is generally scraped 2-3 times, with a dosage of about 1-2 kg/m². The construction interval should be more than 8 hours.
After the last putty scraping, allow it to dry for 24 hours, then sand it smooth with 400-grit sandpaper. The flatness of the wall after sanding should be ≤2mm.
After sanding, use a brush to clean the dust on the wall thoroughly.

3. Primer Coating:
The primer shall be applied according to customer or project requirements. In some projects, the topcoat can be directly applied without primer.
After opening the primer bucket, stir it evenly before use.
The primer can be applied by brushing, rolling, or spraying, generally in one coat, with a dosage of about 0.1-0.15 kg/m².
The primer must dry for more than 12 hours before the next construction process.
 4. Topcoat Painting:
The topcoat is latex paint. After opening the latex paint bucket, stir it thoroughly to ensure no water separation or color unevenness.
Before construction, the latex paint can be diluted with no more than 10% (by weight) clean water as needed, and mixed evenly.
The latex paint can be applied by brushing, rolling, or spraying, with a dosage of about 0.25-0.3 kg/m². For brushing or rolling, generally apply 2-3 coats; for spraying, apply 1-2 coats, with an interval of over 2 hours (at 25ºC).
